Hey, friend! I am Lucia Hsieh and I have over 12 years of experience in UX, industrial and service design. Driven to create social impact, I take pride in creating meaningful solutions for people to have better access and experience to services.

As an Experience Design Lead at Ontario Digital Service, my goals include:

• advocating for user needs.
• working with Product Leads to define vision and roadmap.
• setting standards and building systems for scaling.
• collaborating with teams to solve problems.

In addition to my primary job functions, I have been recognized for consulting with stakeholders, mentoring designers and having exceptional organization skills.

Outside of my day job, I enjoy drawing and creating art. From a very young age, I drew on any surface imaginable, such as walls, back of calendar papers, books, etc. I am often inspired by my surroundings, nature, and places I visited from my travels.

I believe that the best artists connect deeply with people through their work, and use their talents to visualize a more ideal and magical place.
